Adirondack Storm Sky

You may notice that there are a few images from this vantage point in the Gallery.  It's because our house is only a five minute ride from this wonderful scenic overlook and it has provided some stunning colors for me over the years.

This is another September hurricane leftover that created some dramatic sky color.  When presented with these kinds of colors, I find the brightest portion of the light and bracket around that, usually bracketing to the overexposed side as to not darken the colors too much.
