Trees at Colliers Mills

I've only had one opportunity to photograph at Colliers Mills in the Pine Barrens.  This was taken on a warm December day - though it looks like a summer shot.  I was walking around this open field where Pitch Pines were sprinkled about alongside a few other types of trees and saw this scene come alive as the light got lower in the sky.  The shot reminds me of something out of a Timothy Burton movie.  The stark eeriness has always been appealing to me.
