View from Cadillac Mountain

This is not your traditional view from Cadillac Mountain.  This is the view into the Somes Sound and Cranberry Islands area.  What I liked about the image was the shape of the islands against the blue hues of the breaking overcast sky.  It had a quasi-abstract feel to it and I created some more abstract like images from another vantage point.  When working with similar tonalities I like to try and work in the abstract form.
